Returns:
As Whatagarden products are made to order, we begin production specifically for each customer. For this reason, cancellations or returns due to a change of mind are not possible once production has commenced.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist you through our claims process. Each case will be reviewed individually.
We work closely with our supplier to ensure that customers receive appropriate support and will guide you through the process from start to finish. Please do not return any item without contacting us and receiving prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Please Note: If an order is cancelled after confirmation and prior to production commencing, any costs that have already been incurred with our supplier or through order processing, may be deducted from any refund.
