I’m Sophie, the founder of Luxuriously Zen.
My appreciation for saunas began during a trip to Barcelona, where I discovered the simple impact of building small, calming rituals into my day. Mornings spent in a beautifully designed sauna quickly became something I genuinely looked forward to — a moment of stillness away from the pace of everyday life.
When I returned home, I wanted to recreate that experience — not just for myself, but for others who value the same sense of calm and intention in their living spaces.
