Delivery is made to kerbside only. Unloading of the goods is the customer’s responsibility, and depending on the size and weight of the product, this may require suitable equipment such as a crane or forklift, as well as adequate labour on-site. Please ensure that appropriate access and unloading arrangements are in place prior to delivery, as failed deliveries may result in additional charges.

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Important:
This filter is intended for use with non-aggressive water only. It is not suitable for saltwater systems or pools equipped with electro chlorinators.
