Change of Mind Returns
Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our SaunaPlunge products we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been dispatched.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All SaunaPlunge products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:
- SaunaPlunge will arrange inspection and repair or replacement where appropriate
- If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued by SaunaPlunge
- SaunaPlunge will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items
Return Costs (Non-Faulty Returns)
In the rare event that a non-faulty return is approved:
- Collection and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund due to the high logistics costs associated with large wellness equipment
- You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for return
- A 17% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs

Constructed from substantial spruce timber, the Pennine Barrel Sauna is designed to perform beautifully without the need for additional exterior treatment. The thickness and quality of the timber provide excellent durability and natural resistance to the elements.
However, for those seeking an extra level of protection and a personalised finish, we now offer a range of premium Treatex Exterior Oil colours. While entirely optional, applying a Treatex finish can help preserve the timber's appearance, reduce weathering from sun and rain, and contribute to the long-term condition and longevity of your sauna.
Available in a selection of carefully chosen shades, Treatex oils enhance the natural character of the wood while allowing it to breathe, creating a beautiful finish that complements any outdoor setting.
