Warranty & Returns
Warranty:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Saunor products are covered by an official 2-year warranty. Warranty covers both structural parts and heating equipment. In addition, you can always contact us for maintenance or repairs – we provide comprehensive after-sales service.
Returns & Cancellations
As Saunor products are made to order, we begin production specifically for each customer. For this reason, cancellations or returns due to a change of mind are not possible once production has commenced.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist you through our claims process. Each case will be reviewed individually.
We work closely with our supplier to ensure that customers receive appropriate support and will guide you through the process from start to finish. Please do not return any item without contacting us and receiving prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact us. We're always happy to help.
Please Note: If an order is cancelled after confirmation and prior to production commencing, any costs that have already been incurred with our supplier or through order processing, may be deducted from any refund.
Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Why Choose this Sauna?
Crafted for Comfort. Built to Last.
Our saunas are created for those who value quality, craftsmanship and timeless design. Every sauna is made using carefully selected, durable and responsibly sourced materials, combining natural beauty with the strength needed to withstand years of use.
Rather than relying on mass production, each sauna is carefully crafted to order, with attention to detail at every stage of the process. Traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern manufacturing techniques to ensure a precise finish, exceptional build quality and a sauna that looks as good as it performs.
From the natural Scandinavian spruce timber to the carefully finished interior, every element is chosen with comfort, longevity and appearance in mind. Rigorous quality checks and meticulous assembly help ensure your sauna maintains its beauty, performance and structural integrity through changing seasons and regular use.
A sauna made with care, designed to last, and built for you to enjoy for years to come.
