Every SaunaMed sauna includes FREE two-person delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 working days

Our experienced delivery team will carefully deliver your sauna into your home, helping to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery date.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Should this happen, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund before dispatch.

Our Delivery Process:

To keep you informed, here's what happens after you place your order:

1. Order Received – Your order is received and confirmed by the team.
2. Order Processing – Your order is checked and passed to our warehouse for preparation.
3. Dispatch Preparation – Your sauna is picked, inspected and prepared for dispatch.
4. Delivery Scheduled – Once your order is ready, our delivery team plan the route and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Dispatch Information:

For items that are in stock, orders placed before 3:00pm are normally prepared for dispatch the same working day.

For the quickest possible delivery, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 noon, as vehicle routes are often planned earlier in the day. Orders received after routing has been completed will be scheduled on the next available delivery route.

Our aim is always to deliver your sauna as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

14-Day Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging where possible.
• Not have been installed, assembled or used.

You are welcome to inspect and unpack your purchase as you would in a retail showroom. However, once a product has been used or installed, we are unable to accept it as a return unless it is faulty.

Non-Returnable Products

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Bespoke or made-to-order saunas.
• Steam rooms or hot tubs manufactured to your specification.
• Products with custom colours or personalised finishes.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@luxuriouslyzen.com quoting your order number.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a returns reference and instructions for returning your item.

Returning Your Goods

Please ensure your item is securely packed, preferably in its original packaging, and clearly displays the returns reference provided.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

For larger products, including saunas, we can arrange collection from your property. Collection charges will be confirmed before the collection is booked and will be payable by the customer.

Returns Outside the 14-Day Period

Requests to return products after the 14-day cancellation period will be considered at our discretion.

If accepted:

• The product must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• Return or collection costs remain the customer's responsibility.
• A restocking and administration fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply.

Domestic Use

• 5-Year Warranty on the sauna cabin.
• 2-Year Warranty on all electrical components.

Commercial Use Warranty

Warranty cover for commercial environments varies depending on the level of use:

Light Commercial Use (including independent salons, spa facilities, holistic therapy centres and holiday accommodation)

• 1-Year Warranty

Heavy Commercial Use (including swimming pool environments, gyms and fitness centres)

• 3-Month Warranty

Please note: This model is not recommended for heavy commercial use due to the higher levels of daily wear and operating demands.
