Bespoke Manufacture & Coordinated UK Delivery - Each Genevas Sauna is individually handcrafted to order to ensure exceptional build quality and long-term durability. As this is a made-to-order product, production begins specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Production timeframe: Approximately 6–10 weeks. UK freight & delivery coordination: Approximately 2–4 weeks following completion of manufacture.
Once manufacturing is complete, our team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date. All deliveries are scheduled in advance to ensure smooth placement at your property. Throughout the production period, our customer support team remains available to provide updates and answer any questions.

Geneva saunas are supplied fully pre-assembled.
To ensure long-term protection of the sauna’s base frame, it should be installed slightly above ground level. We recommend placing a moisture-resistant barrier, such as bitumen strips, between the base frame and the supporting surface to avoid direct ground contact.

Our Genevas Saunas are made to order and manufactured specifically to each customer’s individual specifications. As a result, once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Made-to-order saunas are custom-built and cannot be resold or repurposed, which is why we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these products.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, features, and design selections before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
By placing your order for a Made-to-Order sauna, you agree that manufacturing commences once production is scheduled and cancellations/refunds are no longer possible.

I’m Sophie, the founder of Luxuriously Zen.
My appreciation for saunas began during a trip to Barcelona, where I discovered the simple impact of building small, calming rituals into my day. Mornings spent in a beautifully designed sauna quickly became something I genuinely looked forward to — a moment of stillness away from the pace of everyday life.
When I returned home, I wanted to recreate that experience — not just for myself, but for others who value the same sense of calm and intention in their living spaces.
That idea became Luxuriously Zen.
What began with saunas has since evolved into a broader passion for home wellness — expanding naturally into ice baths and hot tubs as we explored the balance between heat, cold, and relaxation.
