Geneva saunas are supplied fully pre-assembled.
To ensure long-term protection of the sauna’s base frame, it should be installed slightly above ground level. We recommend placing a moisture-resistant barrier, such as bitumen strips, between the base frame and the supporting surface to avoid direct ground contact.
Delivery of Assembled Saunas
Fully assembled saunas cannot be unloaded manually. The appropriate unloading method depends on site access, with three possible options available:
Forklift: The most economical solution when there is sufficient space to transport the sauna directly from the delivery vehicle to its final location.
HIAB: Ideal for lifting the sauna over nearby fences or walls close to the roadside, offering a convenient and cost-effective alternative.
Crane: Required when the installation site is far from the road and inaccessible by forklift.

Return & Refunds
Return & Refunds
Our Genevas Saunas are made to order and manufactured specifically to each customer’s individual specifications. As a result, once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Made-to-order saunas are custom-built and cannot be resold or repurposed, which is why we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these products.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, features, and design selections before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
By placing your order for a Made-to-Order sauna, you agree that manufacturing commences once production is scheduled and cancellations/refunds are no longer possible.

I'm Sophie, the founder of Luxuriously Zen.
My appreciation for saunas began during a memorable holiday in Barcelona — a city that encouraged me to slow down and enjoy quieter moments. Each morning, I spent time in the hotel’s beautifully designed sauna, enjoying its warmth and calm atmosphere as part of a relaxed daily routine.
What started as a simple moment of enjoyment soon became a habit I looked forward to — a small ritual centred around comfort and taking time away from the pace of everyday life. When I returned home, I wanted to recreate that experience, not just for myself, but for others who value calm, considered spaces within their homes.
