Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will usually be despatched within 5 working days (excluding Made to Order products or if the individual product page states otherwise). We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being despatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@luxuriouslyzen.com so that we can help.
Our products are delivered by our trusted suppliers who aim to deliver within the time frame stated on the individual product page. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, courier delays can sometimes happen. For this reason, please wait until your items have arrived before booking any third-party installers or builders. Unfortunately, Luxuriously Zen is unable to cover any costs incurred with external services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including suitable entry points, pathways, and clearance. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring any electrical, ventilation, or building requirements are met prior to installation. Luxuriously Zen does not provide installation or electrical services unless explicitly stated.
Made-to-Order (MTO) Products:
Our Made-to-Order (MTO) products, including saunas, are individually crafted to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Because these items are custom-built, our returns and refunds policy reflects the personalised nature of their design and manufacture.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Returns and Cancellations for MTO Products
Made-to-Order (MTO) products are produced according to customer-selected specifications and cannot be resold or returned to stock. For this reason, once an order has been confirmed and manufacturing has commenced, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before placing your order, including measurements, features, and finishes. Manufacturing is deemed to have commenced once the order has been confirmed with the supplier and production has been scheduled.
Warranty Coverage
Although Made-to-Order (MTO) products are not eligible for return or refund, they remain fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect, warranty support will apply in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Missing, Damaged or Incomplete Orders:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items, or to clearly note any damage on the delivery paperwork where refusal is not possible. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@luxuriouslyzen.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please fill out our contact form immediately, quoting your name, postcode, order number and detailing the problem with your items within the comment section. Alternatively email info@luxuriouslyzen.com
If you don’t receive your items within 14 working days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email (excluding Made-to-Order products), please again fill out our contact form quoting your name, postcode, order number, and we will open an investigation with the appropriate courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been damaged after arrival due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer preference exchanges for any orders placed online.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order or items in your order up to the point of us dispatching your order (excluding Made to Order). Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may incur supplier or administrative costs already incurred and will be deducted from any refund. If your order has been despatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Returns and Refunds:
Returns
Please fill out our Contact Form to start your return. Input your name, postcode, order number and reason for return within the comments section or alternatively email info@luxuriouslyzen.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt (excluding Made to Order products which are non refundable). Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Whilst unlikely, please note that home collections could take up to 28 days. Please keep the item safe and protected as it's your responsibility until we've collected it from you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 3-7 working days of receiving your returned items, and are refunded back to your original payment method.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@luxuriouslyzen.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer preference exchanges. If you need to exchange the item due to faults or damage, please send us an email info@luxuriouslyzen.com so that we can investigate it further.

I'm Sophie, the founder of Luxuriously Zen.
My appreciation for saunas began during a memorable holiday in Barcelona — a city that encouraged me to slow down and enjoy quieter moments. Each morning, I spent time in the hotel’s beautifully designed sauna, enjoying its warmth and calm atmosphere as part of a relaxed daily routine.
What started as a simple moment of enjoyment soon became a habit I looked forward to — a small ritual centred around comfort and taking time away from the pace of everyday life. When I returned home, I wanted to recreate that experience, not just for myself, but for others who value calm, considered spaces within their homes.
